Chicago

Chicago

A reminder that if you have not returned your permission slip about the Chicago trip for your child, it is due with the $5 deposit no later than Friday, December 18. Last week, I sent home permission slips with any student who has not signed up yet. At this time we do not have any more available seats for parents, but your child is guaranteed a seat. We already have three parents on the wait list, and they will be offered any available seats first in the order they signed up. If any more seats would open up as the trip comes closer, we can offer them to parents who do not have a seat. If you need another permission slip, please let me know.

Book Exchange/Christmas Party

Book Exchange/Christmas Party

Our class will be participating in a book exchange on Friday, December 18. The book should cost no more than $5. The book should be wrapped and labeled girl/boy. If your child is a girl, please bring a book for a girl. If your child is a boy, please bring a book for a boy. If you are unable to get a book, please let me know as soon as possible and I will see about getting your child one. We play a game as we exchange our books. Your child does not have to participate, but it is a fun way to get a new book to read over break! I would like all books turned in no later than Thursday, December 17. They can be brought in anytime between now and the 17th. We will be having a class party on Friday, December 18 while we exchange our books. If you would like to donate drinks or treats, please let me know.

Unit 4 math test

Our next math test will be on Thursday, December 17. It will cover all of unit 4 with includes measurement, area, and perimeter.
