Reminders

We will be walking to the fire station on Monday, October 26.
Parent/teacher conferences will be held on Thursday, October 29. Times were sent home last Thursday. If you are unable to make your time, please let me know and we will reschedule it.
Our first eLearning day is Friday, October 30. Students will have all the information needed to complete their work. Please help to make sure your child completes all their work. It will all be work that they can complete without much help from you.

Monday, October 26

Red Ribbon Week begins on Monday. Don't let drugs ruin your future, turn away from drugs. Wear your college bound shirt backwards.

St. Francis field trip

Please make sure your child brings a sack lunch or our field trip to St. Francis on Tuesday, October 20. It would also be good for students to wear a sweatshirt and comfortable shoes as we will be walking outside tomorrow. We will be leaving around 9 am and returning around 2 pm.

iPads

A reminder that iPads will begin coming home nightly with students beginning Wednesday, October 14. If you requested a cord/block to come home, they will come home with your child and will be kept at home until the end of the year.

Picture Retakes

Picture retakes are scheduled for Wednesday, October 14. Please contact the office if you have any questions.

School Fundraiser

Products from the school fundraiser will be delivered on Tuesday, October 13. Please contact the school office if you have any questions.

Focus on Health Trip

We will be taking a field trip to South Side Elementary on Thursday, October 15 for Focus on Health. We will leave after lunch and return around 2:30. Students will learn about making healthy decisions with food choices and how to stay safe. Students will also learn about the dangers of smoking and the importance of exercise and good hygiene.

PTO Skating Party

Wednesday, October 14, is the PTO skating party at the Skatin' Station in Auburn.

Tech Night

Just a reminder that Tuesday, October 13 from 6:30-7:30 is tech night at Avilla. Please come to learn more about eLearning days this year.

Candle Fundraiser

Orders and money for the candle fundraiser are due Monday, October 12. Please do your best to get all orders in on Monday. If you have any questions about the fundraiser, please let me know.
