IREAD

Since we missed school on Wednesday, we had to take the practice IREAD test today. We will be taking the actual test tomorrow, Friday March 13. If your child would like to bring s healthy snack, they are more than welcome to.

Pictures/Yearbook

Spring pictures are Wednesday, March 11. Only students with paid orders will get their pictures taken. Order forms were sent home about a week ago. If you need another form, please let me know.

Yearbook orders are due Thursday, March 12. They are $14. If you need another form, please let me know.

Chicago

A letter was sent home on Thursday about the Chicago trip. The final cost per person is $25. I wrote on top of the letter how much you have already paid in deposit money. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the trip, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Also, the adult attending the trip must have their criminal history check completed. If you need a copy of one please let me know and I can get you one. If you are unsure whether you have one, please contact Mrs. Flowers in the office and she can let you know.

IREAD

We will be taking IREAD on Thursday, March 12. Please make sure your child is here on this day. We will be taking it in the morning, so please refrain from making any appointments. If your child would like to bring a healthy snack, they are more than welcome to do so.

Dirt pudding

Making some dirt.

Ms. Leah from the Kendallville Public Library came today and told us about the layers of dirt. The students made some dirt pudding and would definitely recommend eating some dirt.

ISTEP

We will be taking the last part of this round of ISTEP tomorrow morning. We will be taking another reading/writing test. Students can bring a healthy snack if they would like to.
